It is a great honor for me to assume the Chair of IFSA as we launch CATEX 2025 and the 60th Anniversary celebrations.

IFSA is at the centre of a sector that values people above all else, and through CATEX we have the opportunity to offer support to our colleagues in the Specialty Coffee Association, Chef Ireland Panel of Chefs and Chef Network along with our exhibitors and stakeholders.

The event has long been recognized as the must-attend event for foodservice and hospitality, and we’re confident that with the support of our long-term sponsors, Bunzl and Calor, CATEX 2025 will deliver incredible value to both exhibitors and visitors.
