FAQ’s
How do I register for CATEX 2025 as an exhibitor?
You should have received an email from the registration portal with your invitation link from Visit by GES. Please follow the steps on the email to gain access to the portal. In the portal, you are able to register your staff members for exhibitor badges. A link to access the registration portal will be available on the FFAIR portal in the coming days also.
Exhibitor Manual?
The Exhibitor Manual is available on FFAIRS. You can login using the link here if you have already setup your account. Please take some time to read through it, as it contains all show information. There is a search feature which you can use to search about any topics you have a question about. The task section gives a quick overview and deadlines for some mandatory & optional tasks.
How Can I update my information on the live Floorplan?
Under the task section of FFAIR Exhibitor manual portal please complete the floorplan profile task to have your company information published on the live floorplan. The information you provide can also be viewed on the CATEX website. This information will be viewed by our attendees and will help them plan their visit at CATEX 2025.
What is included with Space Only and how can I submit my Stand Designs?
If it says in the FFAIR portal you are a space only exhibitor then please ensure to submit your stand designs with sizes on the FFAIR portal task Space only design. Space only exhibitors only get raw space and nothing is included on the stand. Please ensure to order flooring and other services you require.
What is included in Shell Scheme
If it says in the FFAIR portal you are a Shell Scheme exhibitor then you will have the below as part of your package:
- Carpet in grey colour
- Divider walls (2.5 metres high)
- Fascia board with the exhibitor’s name
- One led spotlight per 6 square meters
